i have a few of these things that are scattered along the left and right of my thigh. They aren't painful or itchy, just gross and annoying to have down there. Does anyone know or have had anything like this ?

It looks like Molluscum. Its caused by a virus and usually will clear up on its own, with no treatment needed. Just keep the areas clean and dont pick at the spots in any way. Its not an STI but can be caught by close contact with someone who is carrying the virus on their skin.
Its contagious so keep away from babies and the elderly especially, and also anyone with compromised immunity.
If you develop a lot of these or thick clusters of spots do see your doctor. Its not dangerous , just annoying.
