Bumps inside vagina/ lots of redness near urethra

after weeks of looking at photos on these forums and scaring myself ive finally decided to make my own post because i haven't found many photos similar to mine. i got diagnosed with chlamydia about 1.5 months ago and got treated which cleared most of my itching and all of my odor. i then decided to take a picture down there to see if i could see anything abnormal because i never felt much. i then discovered:

-red dots along my vulva close to me urethra

-redness around the same area with a little pain when pulling apart to get a closer image

-2 smooth larger red areas on either side of my vaginal opening which occasionally itch.

i first thought i had herpes. but these bumps have never healed and i suspect they've been there for months. they never migrated to my thighs, outer lips, labia majora. and they also never crusted over or filled with puss and burst like herpes ulcers. so im skeptical of that. HPV is maybe possible despite the fact that i blocked it out of my mind because im in a clinical study for HPV where i get swabbed every 6 months and ive had the vaccine.

my theory is an overgrowth of candiasis which has never been cured but i may be wrong. or some type of vulvovaginitis. they are the closest pictures ive seen to what im experiencing. has anyone else had anything like this? what was your experience with it? thanks!!!!

    probablg yeast infection if u took antibiotics for chlamydia then antibiotics can cause yeast infections. doesnt look like herpes. ud be unluvky to have another std 😦 but i dont think it is. redness probs just thrush and the 'bumps' are just vp or normal vaginal opening sometimes when we look down there we get scared cos we never look usually. i know i thought i had hpv when i first looked down there properly but it was just normal genital anatomy. thrush makes the most sense especially as u most likrly took antibiotics

      thank you girl. thats what i thought too. gonna try flucanzole over the counter to treat it. i had convinced myself that it was herpes but it wouldnt make much sense if it was
