Bumps on foreskin of penis

imagehello, i have had little white groups of shiny bumps on my foreskin for over 2 months now. itchyness comes and goes, however when it first came around i had swollen foreskin, pain in the penis, itchyness in the area, swollen scrotum and red. these issues have went away, however the bumps and itchyness is still consistent. any clue what this could be? i could use some mind rest on this. thanks for all the help.
