Bumps on glans, does not match anything I've seen online

I just noticed this a couple days ago. No pain, no symptoms. Just these bumps which do not seem to go away when I wash with a cloth and no soap. I have had one partner for 6 years and do not believe anything was transmitted to me. It looks like Molluscum Contagiosum, but does not seem to be dimpled.. I should note that right before this time, I had not showered for 4 days (I know, I know). Could that have irritated my skin in any way? Should I avoid sex/touching the area? I don't want this to spread somewhere visible or to my partner.imageimage
