bumps on inside vag lip , tested negative for everything just curious as to what it is

i recently got blood tested for stds and other test for it too , everything came out negative but my gyno said it was bv , idk what these bumps sre . i have brought it to her attention and she said that its normal and isnt a sign of an herpes outbreak that its my skin, but if i touch it too look at it , it bothers me after

    its probably BV. Vaginal Infections can leave behind some lesions sometimes
