Bumps on labia and around vulva. Some of the bumps are painful.

hey so I've had bumps on my vagina for years. they've just kinda been there. its especially concentrated on my labia and around my vulva. Recently I'm pretty sure I had (or still have) a yeast infection. Some of the bumps are larger and painful to touch. sometimes its uncomfortable to sit. i did get some canestan and have used up all of the medicine. but these bumps are still painful when going to the bathroom. like it feels like I'm wiping with sandpaper. Any idea what they are? Has anyone else experienced this before?

I also have these two bigger "bumps" one of them looks more like a skin tag. its been there for as long as i can remember. the second bump (circled in white) has been there for ages too. has never bothered meimage

Key points: I am not sexually active. Never have been.

the bumps have been there for a long time but they've never bothered me till this past week. About 4-5 days ago.
