I have bumps on my penis notice it 6 months ago. I am currently sexualy active. The bumps is much more visible and much more bumpy at night than in the morning. Also my gf just have a blood test and it turns out okay. What could this bump be

I just got my blood and urinalysis. It turns out to be normal
