Bumps on my vagina

I recently lost my virginity to another virgin. He has never had any cold sores or warts and neither have I and both of us have never done anything sexual with another person. Last week, I felt itching in my vagina but I thought it was because my vagina was kinda dry during sex. Then 3 days ago, I notice these bumps on my vagina? I went to the doctors, she said it might be friction but definitely not genital warts. I got tested for chlamydia and gonorreha and my results will come back in on Wednesday. I got medication for yeast infection and BV. But i just want to know what this is

    I have a bump on mine as well it’s just one and it’s painful when I wipe and pee.. I had all of the STD tests and they all came back negative. I made another appointment to see my Gyno... ugh I just can’t win between this and my chronic BV. Hoping it’s nothing serious for the both of us! Good luck.

      I looked up some stuff and I found that it could be a rash caused by BV or vagina chafing from too much friction.
