please help these bumps appeared on my vagina and im afraid it may be aids or something its in my thighs too

Dear jess,
These bumps are all caused by molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD. You should see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis and to get tested for other infections. Treatment is readily available in drugstores or pharmacies. Ask for 5% potassium hydroxide (Molutrex, etc). Avoid shaving this area as it could spread the infection.
