i got bumps on penis and scrotum 4-5 days ago, they are very itchy especially at night.
i have to apply hydrocortisone cream on it to relive the itch for a bit time.
the one on penis head and near it does not itch much and they seem to have a little liquid on it , while the one at the bottom and on the scrotum are very itchy
