I have some non-itchy bumps on my penis head (photo attached). I have only recently noticed. Is this normal? I have had unprotected sex with my exclusive female partner of 3 years.

Consult your doctor. There are many treatments (Imiquimod, Podophyline, cryotherapy, laser, etc.)

Although it could just be a simple yeast infection. Not sure. That's why you should book an appointment with a professional and get it checked. Good luck.
