Bumps on penis head

Hi I have noticed these small white bumps near the rim of my penis, they used to be 2 of them but now there is 3 or 4, I first notice them 2 years ago and lately I had a look and now there is 4, can anyone tell me what they are

    probably PPP but can't say for sure without seeing it. they are normal, i have had them for a long time with no issues

      What do ppp look like? Mine are small and white, a picture is uploading
