Bumps on penis, Warts or Lichen?

About 3 and half months ago these bumps started to show up. Theres a bigger flat lesion on the penis head with few small dots. There are also small clusters of dots on the shaft under the glans. I havent had sex in about 6 months at this point. Ive been tested for every common std and they all came negative. I did test positive for HS1 as i had some burning while peeing and some scabbing by my urethra. That has disappeared and was my first ever outbreak. These bumps have not gone though but dont seem to be spreading anymore. They sometimes get very dry and flaky, especially after masturbation. I saw a couple Lichen photos that looked exactly like what i have on the actual glans but not the small clusters of bumps. Curious as to what they are. Im guessing HPV but im not entirely sure. Planning on getting a dermatologist appointment soon.imageimageimage
