Bumps on scrotum

I noticed these bumps on my scrotum.

The white coloured bump feels hard like a rice grain. The other one is soft like the surrounding skin. My ex was diagnosed with HPV ( non cancerous). I am concerned about these bumps. They dont look anything like genital warts. I would like an opinion on it by the experts
