Hi,
lately I have been experiencing itchiness around my scrotum and penis, where red dots have emerged around my thighs. Red bumps have also emerged on my scrotum and the shaft of my penis.
The itchiness has not changed much, but I have been moisturising and they have been slowly disappearing.
Anyone know what it could be?
