bumps on side/underside of shaft. Mentally drained from worrying

25 year old male who has been in a monogamous relationship the last 2 and a half years. Was diagnosed with MC over 3 years ago by a GP. The MC would come and go with treatment (freezing/acv/etc) and after around 2 years they all finally seemed to disappear but with them disappearing came these bumps you see now on the underside/sides of my shaft for the last year or so. They are noticeably different from the bumps I had when i was diagnosed with MC. Sometimes they may get kinda red and irritated but that's only when I get hot/sweaty down there but after I shower and clean myself and what not they go back to a white color. In the pictures you'll see some of the bumps may look aggravated because i was kinda hot down there and was about to shower. Last year (been almost a year now) I had them checked by a derm specialist, he inspected them somewhat thoroughly with his pinlight and said they did not look pathological. I asked about MC and HPV to be sure but he said he was positive they were neither (saying he'd seen numerous cases) but just a normal variant of ageing. They have not changed but remained consistent. Just hate how they look because before i was diagnosed with MC 3 years ago I never had bumps at all and you can imagine how that weighs on the mind after such time. Anyways I just wanted to see if someone thought differently or could tell me what specifically they think it is. Thank yall

I agree, these are a normal skin variant, but my schooling does me no good over the internet. These can get worse with age because they may fill with calcium and makes them look much more prominent. I totally understand your stress about your penis. I pride myself in the vascularity in mine. If I had been left uncircumcised I would have been a lot better off. And now that I had a precancerous tumor on my circumcision scar that had to be removed it took my "favorite" vein with it(not caused by an std or drug use etc and I've been with the same partner for over 20 years)

You can remove these with a laser but it honestly isn't worth the pain.

Thank you both for your reply. I was honestly considering setting up another derm appointment because of how worried its made me day in and day out, but yall have definitely helped ease my mind to an extent. It sucks to know they could get worse.. is there anything i could possibly do to keep that from happening? I really would not want to resort to laser therapy but if they continued to get worse I feel like I might have to. I’m just relieved neither of you believe it be pathological, and that the dermatologist I saw last year got it right. Tangki I’m sorry to hear that you had that problem, and I hope you never have to experience anything like that again.

Not a problem man! You can reduce the chances by cleaning your penis often- but without soap. Soap is very bad the the penis. Just wash it with a cloth and water 2x a day and they shouldn't. I heavily doubt that they'll spread. The peak amount is in the 30s usually

Do you think i should use and/or do you recommend any lotions or moisturizers? I keep reading about man1 man oil and apparently its ingredient label is pretty fantastic. Thank you again, Tangki!

Man one oil is supposedly good for the skin but I'm not going to put my word on it. I've tried it. It does not seem to do much

Thanks Tangki! Is there any last recommendations you would have for me before i try to move on from this? I can't thank you enough for your professional insight. Definitely owe you a beer or two!

Try and keep him as clean as humanly possible, this doesn't mean to scrub him everytime you use the bathroom. Clean 2x a day and practice safe sex. Blo**obs are fun but still spread disease. If you notice any smell or discharge coming from your partners genitalia make sure she/gets it checked out before you resume sexual activities. It may be a normal smell but women have a much more difficult with hygiene because they cannot just whip it out and retract their foreskin😉 so go easy on her.
