Bumps on the Back of Throat

I've has these red swollen bumps on the back of my throat for over a year now that I've noticed. For the most part they've been painless and I actually forgot about them until just recently when I was sick with a sore throat. When I first noticed them a year ago, I went to urgent care and the Dr said she believed they were related to allergies. Remembering that, I've been taking allergy medicine and a nasal spray but the bumps don't seem to be getting any smaller or going away. What else could it be? I can't find anything similar online.imageimage
