Bumps on vag and itchy. Could it be herpes?

about 2 weeks ago I shaved and I met up with this guy and had sex the same day. before I had sex I already started to get this burning feeling and like tingling and about 2 days later these bumps appeared. some then went away and then more came. They don't hurt but they are super itchy and feels like burning sensation. could it be a razor burn or genital herpes, shave rash? or something else?

super scared and concerned cuz they are still here. they itch but not all day but I do notice everyday there is some itchinessimage
