Bumps on vagina. What could it be? Graphic

I have been having an uncomfortable feeling down by the opening of my vagina for probably about a month now. At first i thought it was nothing but its gotten to the point where it hurts to the touch. I went to my obgyne and explained the problem. i got tested for Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and vaginitis. All came back negative. They prescribed me premarin(conjugated estrogens) and that helped initially with the pain however there are now more noticable bumps appearing near the opening of my vagina. What could it be and what do i do?
