Bumps on wall of throat for almost a year

I have these bumps on the wall of my throat. I noticed them at first almost a year ago, when I had a (what I think was) canker sore on one of my tonsils. Sometimes I think they're worse than others, but there's certain ones that I notice are there all the time. I not sure if they were there before the canker sore. I've seen two physicians who say that is doesn't look abnormal, but I still don't know what to think. I have no pain, and no fever. Sometimes it feels like I have mucus stuck in my throat. I'm worried it could be an STD of some sort?
