Please check what is it? There's a milky discharge that smells bad along with the itching as well. I took antibacterial. But it didn't help. Is it STI or cyst or yeast?

Which antibiotic have you taken? Did you have a swab taken to get a proper diagnosis? If so,do you have the result of the swab test? If you have taken Metronidazole for Trich Vag and it hasnt worked you probably need something different. Trich vag is becoming resistant to Metronidazole.
You photo doesnt show anything unusual.

Yes i took METRONIDAZOLE for 3 days, then took 1 dose of SECNIDAZOLE. None of them worked. Haven't taken anything for yeast yet.
No haven't gotten it checked or tested. Is this serious?

If this is Trich vag , you may not have taken the drugs for long enough.Did you buy them OTC?. Its far better to get a proper diagnosis so that whatever it is can be treated properly. If you are sexually active, an STD clinic would help.
