Hello. I notice a bumps on my penis thats looks like a bubble 6 months ago. I am currently sexualy active. In early morning the bumps is not so bumpy. It is much more bumpy during night time. It dose not itch or anything. It is located at the shalf and head of my penis. Its doesn't multiply. What do you think this is?
