Bumps with black dots

hi all! i just noticed these bumps on my stomach area...not sure how long i've had them for as I'm really bad at checking things like that.

they are very slightly raised, skin colour and have multiple tiny black/brown dots in them. they vary in size but most are tiny and i can't see them anywhere else on my body other than my stomach and i have about 10 of them roughly that i can see.

i am 6 months pregnant by the way.

anyone know what they are?!

    Any picture? There are so many skin changes that can happen during pregnancy that without a pic its difficult to make any comment.
