Bumpy labia - probable HPV

First noticed one small bump in August after having my IUD put in in June. seem to be getting more bumps as time goes by. my labia just feels very bumpy. bumps are there even when i dont shave. no itching and negative for all STDs. i had 1 new partner in May. now i an in monogamous relationship since October.

i saw my GYN in january for pap (normal) and she didnt mention anything. could be be syringomas? i received the HPV-4 vaccine as a teenager then have also received 2/3 of the new HPV-9 vaccine

bumps feel smooth yet deep in the skin. they do not excrete fluid when squeezed.

syringomas? epidermoid cysts? Epidermolytic acanthoma?

    I don't think it's HPV. Not a doctor but I've had warts and they look nothing like that, nor did they feel smooth
