Bumpy penis head

hello I am 28 year old male, 7-8 months ago i received unprotected b*****b and after sometime i started having itching on penis head and bumpy skin. i visited dermatologist and she gave candid cream to apply on the area but it did not help. its same condition until now. i have also gone for STD tests which came negative.

i have attached some pictures of area. please help to check and provide guidance to have the correct treatment.

    It is due to balanitis.

    i had similar issue. Try to keep the area clean and dry .

    Apply tea tree oil diluted with coconut oil having 4 drops of coconut oil with 1 drop of tea tree oil.

    Also try to reduce sugar intake and drink green tea.

      Thanks for the response lostknight, i am applying tea tree oil and coconut oil as you suggested from last 1 week once daily but no improvement

      i stopped for how long i need to keep applying it and is one time is enough?

    Hi Raj,

    I have exactly the same problem as with you. What did you done to cure it. And is there need to be concern regarding this? What doctors did say about these tiny bumps. Kindly reply as soon as possible

    anyone here with similar situation find a good remedy? also what their doc says about these bumps. my urologist says they are normal and im currently seeing a pelvic specialist prescribed nerve meds that are helping slowly but surely. redness and bumps more

    prominent during and after sex. also anyone have issues with their female counterpart ? her having any symptoms ?

    looks like fordyce spots which are harmless. but something sexual is what triggers them. they are harmless but they might not go away. try garlic paste or crushed garlic in a very small quantity for about 10 seconds for twice a day for about a week.
