Hello everyone, as the title says i have bunch of symptoms which I cant relate or group to something that can lead me to answer or close to. All started 8 years ago, i started to feel my heartbeat everywhere, and that scared me and I started listening that. Next thing was sharp pains in arms(lasting second or two like a needle pain) i thought it was heart related... After that, next period of 3-4 years was a high school, it was pretty much ok, i was active in sports, sometimes i was hypochondriac about samo psihology stuffs - depression, schyzo etc.. but it was teenager stuff and fear. But no significant physical symptoms. Then, spring and summer before college I started to train more to get better shape and other stuff, after a 3-4 months running, exercsing, one day i experienced sharp pain in left leg, i scaried again connect to heart problems, i stopped training. Next thing few weeks later started muscle twitching especially in legs, with light stabbing pains. Next thing year later was my first panic attack i was playing tennis and feel stabbing pain in back of head i thought it was stroke, my legs go jelly, feeling out of breath etc.. Now these symptoms stayed but there are short duration headaches like muscle tension, facial tingling pains, stabbing all around, cold hands and feets, i cant tolerate heat my whole body pricking itching. There is more stuff PLEASE IF SOMEONE EXPERIENCED THIS COMMENT OR SEND MESSAGE, I AM ON THE EDGE OF THIS THING.

All of these symptoms sound like anxiety to me. What does your doctor say? Have you had any tests? Are you taking any medications?

I have experienced many of these symptoms. Anxiety is a very powerful disorder.

First of all thanks for reply. Yes, they sound like anxiety. I have been to neurologist, he thinks this is anxiety, and suggested to do thyroid tests and talk with spine doctor(physiatrist i think). Currently i dont take any medications, i did blood tests they came back great. Please if you dealing with something similar, send private message and describe that you experience. And yes if this is anxiety, it is really powerful..

definitely anxiety. I have the exact same symptoms as you, all my life. I'm actually going through a rough week right now and can't stop worrying about my heart and strokes. All the celebrities having strokes lately really put me into overdrive. Hang in there, and keep working out. Mine is worse when less active. You're fine!

Thank you, you mentoined overdriving, Oh my God i need just one little information and my mind starts to overthink, analyse and creating worst-case scenarios, this thing follows me whole life..

Thing you said about working out and activity, yes that is definitely key, i feel less symtpoms when i am doing things day after day without big pauses. Symptoms wont go away, but they are lighter and i feel stronger, not only physical also mental part doing fine. Only thing that scares me is stabbing pains, and my mind go in alert mode, and waiting for symptoms ... Thank you for words of support, this is big help in this scary thing.
