bunion surgery

Hi looking into various types of bunion surgery and going between bunion doctor minimally invasive procedure in London

which uses screws and pin, or I have seen European foot clinic with a dr NOWAK offers a novel procedure which doesnt involve removal of any bone or any screws left in the foot. This seems too good to be true. Has anyone had experience of this doctor or the procedure and long term results?? any help is appreciated
