Just wanted to say I had a bunionsyctomy 5 weeks ago and doing really well no.pain expect about a week now every night it throbs and feels really sore sometimes unbearable to sleep alot of throbbing.Please help if u know what causes this.

It's still early days yet and I expect it's where the nerves and such are having a grumble and healing themselves.
Having had 3 operations to do with bunions I do know that my foot took on a mind of its own and would often twitch away.
