Bunionectomy

Hi, I am 4 weeks out from my bunionectomy surgery. My incision for the most part is healed except at the very bottom of the incision. There is a little pin hole that is infected with the doctor is fully aware of and I have been on antibiotics for the last two weeks the top of my foot. is discolored Swell a little bit heart. but the bottom of my foot all around where the joint on the bottom side is burns from the base of my big toe. Down about a good to inches. Has anyone else experienced this? and by the way I am still on crutches with no weight bearing on my foot.
