bupropion (wellbutrin) side effects!! what was your experience

Ive been on fluoxetine for a couple years now and ive been enjoying it! the only side effect i noticed/still notice is vivid dreams. i increased my dosage to the max of 60mg following covid and a loss but that didnt cut it. i added 150 mg bupropion and so far, i do like it! my doc was explaining how a lot of people like it because it increases hormones that most other antidepressants dont (dopamine & serotonin vs just one) The side effects ive noticed most are loss of appetite (which im fine with-i over eat like crazy) and anger. im very quick to anger over the tiniest things. it has improved since i started (about 3 weeks) but im wondering if anyone felt their side effects completely go away over time, or has anyone felt anger prolonged on bupropion? i think its working and id love to stay on it! but damn this anger...

    The more the brain gets used to the medication chemicals the easier it will be to not feel side effects. The only problem is its possible to get side effects after stopping the take of medicine. Its called withdrawal symptoms. Usually after a few weeks the side effects should lessen.
