Burn leaves white spot

I fell off of a skateboard and slid on brick. A small area of my palm was burnt due to this. In the beginning it was swollen, slightly red, moderately painful, and had a somewhat leathery texture. About two weeks since then, the swelling, redness, pain, and leathery texture is completely gone, however, it has left a small white spot on a small area of the burn. Is this white spot just part of the healing process or something else? image
