Burned my throat

So 9 days ago I burned my thoat will eating hot potatoes I know is my fault I can’t resist eating hot food 🥘 anyway  I didn’t felt nothing but the next day I feel a little pain in my thoat.  I was eating a lot of ice  and cold food and felt better. No fever no problem swallowing no breathing problem  what are the chance of getting a infection from it it been 9 days sad and also how do I know if I have a blister on my throat today again I have a little pain and also my ear hurt  but I don’t know if this are side effects from Claritin or is cause  the burned in the throat ;( I immediately google everything when anything happen to me my ocd and deppresion get worse too ;( anybody experienced this before
