I had a sphincterectomy last Friday and for the most part am doing great. the only issue I have is that the burning after a BM is worse now than before. I'm not having any problems going its just afterwards. Any suggestions to ease the burning? Or any insight on how long the burning will last?

My dr gave me some salve to use with lidocaine in it that helped. He also recommended mediHoney which is medical grade honey that helps with inflammation. i hope you feel better soon
