Burning and stinging inside urethra tip

So it all began when I started having sex with multiple partners.

The first issue of STD was when I had was in January 2019 . Before my circumcision I had sex with this lady who gave me Neisseria gonorrhoeae and only few days after circumcision I started feeling the effects .

It got treated and then again in July with my other partner I had unprotected sex and I felt a sharp pain on the tip of my penis which is lasting till now .

I went for multiple tests and even went to STD specialist .

They found out I had Ureaplasma Urealyticm I got it treated but the buring sensation never went off .

I did a ultrasound pelvis and ultrasound testes both normal .

So my last checkup was in October 25,2019 and all my testes were negative.

The doctor told me I was clean but the burning is still there.

The medication I took are

Mobic 7.5mg

Rowatinex

Dicloran

Metrogyl

Doxycycline

Zithromax

Azithromycin

Cefuroxim stada

Neurontin

Ysp ibuprofen

Zithrolide

Lerofloxacin

.

I'm having this since July 2019 and now I can't think of anything .

Any suggestions ?

Anyone reading this if you are experiencing these symptoms also test blood for herpes even if you do not have HSV blisters present.
