Burning arms immediately from brushing teeth and holding up a phone, lactic acidosis, chronic pain,

Posted , 4 users are following.

Burning pain in arms from repetitious movements, holding body parts up etc.

Anyone have a remedy for this burning pain in the arms.

Symptom

Holding arm up immediate burn, brushing teeth, talking on phone immediate arm burn, need drop arm to get rid of the burn.

Fatigue, brain fog, joint pains are here because of the amount of time your body is in a toxic state, dirty blood, using lactate/alcohal fermentation rather than just a healthy body using ketones or glucose for energy.

Lactic Acidosis is the term.

But yeah zombie state, brain, depression, and chronic burn in body listed above is what im dealing with.

Possible helpful things:

Ewot

Keto, Aip, Pescatarian Diets

Fasting

Infra Red Sauna

Candida detox: Keto/Fast, Thyme oil, Grapefuit seed extract

Looking for someone with the exact same symptoms, so we can chat and see if theres any things that have completely removed this problem.

I have the burning in my arms, too, when talking on the phone or trying to type more than a bit or whatever. It is so maddening, but I don't know how to make it better. I have to keep trying to do things, or I might not be able to do it at all some day. I'm sorry for your suffering.

Im trialing a few things like the guaifenesin protocol, ewot to promote better blood flow and muscle recovery.

I'll let you know if either works.

I'll Update from time to time.

Hi Chris, I've just seen your post. I read recently that lactic acidosis is a form of metabolic acidosis and can be a sign of mitochondrial dysfunction. Have you had this checked out with a doctor at all?

Do you have any idea when it started and if anything happened in the year or so before it started? It might be that you have some kind of genetic deficiency that's only became apparent whenever this started or it might be that you were given some drugs or have been exposed to some chemicals before it started and these have affected your mitochondria. Some household cleaners and garden sprays might do it, or pharmaceutical drugs such as some chemotherapy drugs or even some fairly common antibiotics such as fluoroquinolones (e.g. Cipro) can cause damage.

It can be a very serious problem, especially if the causes of it aren't fixed, so you probably do need to get a doctor on board who will help you find out what has caused it.
