Burning back sensation with dull aching

About a week ago I helped my son in law lift some heavy totes high on shelves in the garage. Since then i have gone to the doctor for sciatica and now i have a tight burning sensation on my entire back and it gets worse if I lay on my back. I did get a shot for the sciatica and that has relieved that and just have a little bit of soreness.

Oh and I am 65 years old so I don't know if I have pulled muscles

In my back.

I am a pretty big stress case so i am worried that it is more than a pulled muscle.

Any replies are highly appreciated. 🌻
