You could have Interstitial Cystitis. Bladder wall might be inflamed and raw and it feels like a constant UTI in he absence of any infection. Ask your doctor for a cystoscopy with hydrodistention. They expand your bladder wall with water past usually volume to check for microscopic tears and bleeding that can't be seen under regular cystoscopy. Good luck. I hope it isn't IC as there is no cure and it's a chronic condition and can be quite painful.

I don't believe I have IC although it was introduced to me as a possibility three and a half years ago when my bladder symptoms of frequency and urgency suddenly began. I am in multiple Facebook support groups for those with IC. That burning feeling you describe is shared by many with IC and often the burning and pain gets worse as the bladder fills. However, there could be other possibilities so I would certainly speak to your dr. Unfortunately IC seems to be a diagnosis of exclusion meaning they will test for other things first to rule out other causes. And if it is IC, there are many lifestyle changes and treatments to try to try to alleviate symptoms and get into "remission" as those with IC call it.

Hello, thank you so much for your reply. I'm really lost. I am burning like fire from the inside out. Yesterday I received this report on my urine test that said
Mixed flora isolated .
Mixed organisms are present indicating probable contamination or colonization
not related to infection.
Further work up of these organisms may result in clinically misleading
information due to low numbers and/or mixture of organisms present.

If you're asking me that question, no, I have an ultra sound Thudsray and then next Thursday I have a Cystopocpy . The Urogyn said it's a very common thing to be done and unless there is a biopsy done, there is little bleeding afterwards.
