Burning feeling of skin

hi all

not been around lately as i had a real bad spell with Fibro.  there is one question i would like to ask.  does anyone feel like their skin is burning it is happening on my hands only and it feels real awful.

i am still having bad problems with my knees, when i am in bed trying to turn over the pain in my knees chronic, does not matter if the are bent or straight the pain surges through them and i am screaming out it is that bad.  fell sorry for my poor husband and it frightens the life out of my step daughter who spends every week end with us and we have had her most of the summer holidays.  i have explained to her that it is on that i am in chronic pain and it is nothing for her to worry her with.

kind regards

janet

Go back to your doctor darling and ask to attend a pain assessment clinic, you need to be able to control that pain, as for burning skin, sorry can't help you there, look up causes on the internet

I have not had skin burning (yet) but am in constant pain. I find a half hour walk helps me. I have constant pain in my knees and they are worse at night. What we have to put up with hey...Keep on moving  Regards Anne

    Hello dobie 2

Are you sure that you have not been using something that could have affected the skin on your hands? I often experience a feeling of the skin burning if I go out in the sun , even though my skin is covered up. I have never thought of this as being linked to fibro but you may be right.

    Best wishes

    Hello Janet

I have strange sensations in my left foot. More often than not it is freezing cold. Sometimes it feels like its burning up. I have noticed when I have dropped water on it, it stings! The Doctor doesn't seem concerned, so I can only put it down to another Fibro symptom.

    Take care, Anne x
