burning feelings

Does anyone get burning feeling in their body because of anxiety, stress or panic attacks

I had them lately and I'm getting worried because of them.

    Wait a minute..burning is nerve irritation. B12 deficiencies induce nerve burning. Very easy to fix. B12 sub lingual suppliments can definetly help with this. In the usa they blood test b12 levels which should be 400-600 at worst but uk has really low acceptable levels so injections there would be difficult. Sub lingual..under the tongue and it dissolves is the only way to absorb b12. I do not know if tou are diabetic they are prone to nueropathy, but still comes down to b12. Easy to obtain and give a try and give it a few weeks.

      I am not diabetic from what I know lol. Yup will prob hav some more blood tests.

    Hey, was about 6 week ago, I was in bed 2am in morning & my body started throbbing as though it was on fire burning :-( my veins was bursting from my toes all the way up my body but I was freezing /shivering :-( I rung ambulance & they sed my heart n everything was fine n that's wen they sed it was aniexty n panic attacks :-(  had it about 3 times all 2gether x

    I get burning legs a lot, I find it's just another symptom of anxiety, I just try and ignore it
