Burning in lower abdomen/uterus area after taking Plan B?

Hi everyone,

About a week ago my boyfriend and I were...messing around with my back door...without any protection. I wouldn't even say it was sex because it only lasted about 2 minutes and we were just curious about the fit. It was dark so at one point he accidentally slipped into my vagina and pulled out immediately. There was hardly any pre-cum but to be safe I took Plan B 12 hours later.

Since then everything seemed totally fine; no major side effects. And I was expecting my period to come a week later or earlier, just like the pill warned me.

But, today I woke up with this burning, stinging, sensation around the area where my uterus is. I also had the feeling of needing to pee really bad, however it wasn't as much as I thought. There were also several drops of blood following, so I assumed I started my period. I left home and had minor cramps.

A while later I went to the restroom and saw that I wasn't bleeding at all. There wasn't any discoloration or a single drop of bloody pee on my pad. So then I just assumed it was the spotting side effect of Plan B, however I only had those several drops of blood when peeing. Now I still have this strange burning feeling on my lower abdomen/ uterus area. Almost as if I really have to pee and I'm holding it toi long.

Should I be worried that this is an infection or should I see if it goes away on its own? Is this a side effect of Plan B? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
