Burning in my vulva, gluteus

Hello! I've had a couple of fungal and bacterial infections lately, they were already treated. but I still have a bit of itching on the vulva but what worries me most is the burning (I feel hot) my vestibule and buttocks. This symptom appears just before the menstruation arrives, I have not had blisters or anything that but that burning sensation can be herpes or something else? Has anyone gone through the same?
