Burning inside meatus entrance with redness

Hello !

Since january 2022, i have a permanent burning sensation inside my meatus.

I have no other symptoms elsewhere.

When i looked at the meatus just inside, there is some redness and something that look like a small white area surrounded by redness (see the photos attached to the post).

I have performed different tests and have been diagnosticated with gonnorea. Urologist gave me appropriate antobiotics and, later, i did a new test and the bactery was gone, but symptoms are still here. Not sure it's the cause of my symptoms...

I am gonna have a cystoscopy next week but i think it's more skin/dermatologic related... what do you think ?

    im having similar symtoms i tested negative for everything still only have burning/irritation AFTER peeing not while or after an erection if i pee im fine its only after peeing for a while untilni fogert

    Have you tested for HSV? I have had same burning for 3 months? No STD.
