Hi, i really don't know if this is associated with RA or fibro or not but this only occurs at night from12 - 7am. I feel like my blood within my legs is on fire. Does anyone know what this is? Many thanks

Sounds like a circulation problem Emily. A bit of mild walking might help with this condition. Sitting too long often affects us in a detrimental way. Because we are often affected by fatigue we usually don't have much energy. But a short walk can really benefit FM sufferers. It oxygenates and gets the blood circulating. Just a suggestion Em. It certainly would be an annoying symptom. Maggie x
