Burning Mouth

So are you after a whole bunch of tests have come back, negative I am about to be diagnosed as having burning mouth syndrome. my mouth doesn’t actually burn, but I have an intense bitter taste all the time. I also have very dry lips.. I have just been prescribed antidepressants . I am not actually depressed but I have been told that this can help with burning mouth syndrome. Does anyone else have experience of this? Do antidepressants help?Have you found anything else that works? Will it go? Please help- it has been a life changer for nearly two years!
