Burning Nipples?!

Hello Ladies im 52 been almost 2 yrs since having a period . Just wondering if any of you ever or have ever experienced burning of the nipples ?

    this happened to me a couple of times, but it was at the start of peri. it happened in the middle of the night. not sure if it is the same thing you are experiencing. i assumed it was a surge of estrogen

    Hi Donna,, I have painful nipples quite often,, don't know if I would call mine burning but extremely painful usually lasts sometimes for 2 weeks and hurts all the time sometimes before my period sometimes other times,, I do think it is hormonal and probubly doesn't help that I have larger nipples... sorry for all the info.. sometimes like to make light of this stuff...Even wearing a bra is very uncomfortable because the stick out strait the whole time I go through that symptoms... HUGS! hate to say but probubly peri...xxxx

      Thanks for replying! And never worry about the info sometimes thats the only way to getting to the point .
