Burning pain during dialysis.

I have been on dialysis now for over 2 years. I suffer from a burning pain in my upper back during and after dialysis. This pain lasts until the following day and is often unbearable, no painkillers, even morphine touch it. This only happens in my home dialysis unit and not when I have had dialysis elsewhere and abroad. My consultant has recently prescribed a smaller dializer but it has made no difference. I use a Diaverum Centre. Does anyone have the same problem or any suggestions.
