Burning Pain In Left Underarm , Neck & Chest

For a couple of days now , I have been having this major pain on the left side of my body keeping me up all night .its an burning sensation in the left side of my chest , left arm & left side of neck & it's getting really irritating . One night it was so bad , I tried to burp it out but I ended up throwing up & my back started to hurt to the point I could barely walk on my left leg .. anyone has a clue as to which this is ? Is it a serious problem ? Any cures ? I Need help ASAP
