Burning pain on vulva and white lining

hello!

imageI've been treated for a yeast infection a few weeks ago because I had intermittent burning and visible yeast in the folds of my vulva. I've used a clotrimazole cream, oral fluconazole pills, betadine, yet the burning still remains, and I still have a white lining with little white dots on my vulva that doesn't go away with the medication or even with simple cleaning with water. My next gynecologist appointment is in a month because of the crappy medical system in my country but the pain is becoming unbearable. What do you think this is? what should I do?image

    Hi! I am currently experiencing the same symptoms including the white patches with white dots. Did you find out what it is? or what is causing it?
