Burning penis after drinking

I've had this problem for about 20 years... and I really should have mentioned it to my doc by now, and some time I will.

It started that if I drank alcohol and then ejaculated, my penis would burn. Terribly uncomfortable feeling that could only be soothed by urinating or wrapping it in a cold towel.

This basically made drunk sex not possible :-)

But lately I also get it sometimes just after drinking a lot of water. And sometimes, rarely, it just happens without any excessive fluids.

I've been with the same partner for 12 years and prior to this I was tested clear for STD/STIs.

    Also, it normally resolves after a couple of hours after onset.
