Burning sensation around scrotum and lower abdomen

Its almost 6 months i am facing this problem. in the begining it started with light burnng in the Scrotum then it starts radiating to the thighs, legs , lower abdomen. initially i believed its because of HEAT. it goes to the severe conditions where i got fever.
i consult a doctor, then done urine culture, urine routing , ultrasound scanning. Result was negative for all. i was treated with urispy and juice, suspecting it is urine infection.
problem once againg resurfaced with burning in the scrotum, on and off and sometimes in the lower abdomen. this burning radiates to the feet of both the legs. everything is on and off. i consult a new doctor then he advised me oflox ,flotral , meftal , pause , cranfac , pyradime , and some suice. Done the tests like uroflometry and RGU.
I am not cured then i go to another hospital , done with siemen culture. found occational pus cells , few grams of negative bicilli seen . escherichia coli isolated in culture . treated with ciprofloxacin in the beginning and then with faropenem , doxy and maxgalyn er 75.
for 2 to 3 months i felt better with maxgalyn er 75 and very rare burning sensation. now it has become severe once again. please advice me

iv had this unbearable burning sensation what it feels like as if its on the scrotum skin, it gets really bad at night mostly and a tingly feeling on it to, it seems to be getting worse and worse been like this since around Jan, started off as itching then now it just feels on fire sometimes, it worrys me that it could be something bad, I'm going to call doctors on Monday about it, I took ciprofloxacin in August 2020 and ever since I took the antibiotic iv never been the Same again, I had pain all over my body as well but I was getting better and now this burning feeling down there is so bad, there no actual testical pain, maybe the odd we pain but it's the burning that stops me from sleeping at night, can some of you guys reassure me please

hi sounds very similar to my symptoms, I found Co-codamol 500mg tablets helped, I take one in a morning and one in the evening . I wish you well and if yiu do try them hope it works . PS you can take upto 4 Tabs a day. Dleon

Interesting, its best to speak to your doctor about it. I think you should stretch and massage the areas. Rest normally alleviates pain, naturally. It does seem like a infection causing the issues.

did anything work for anyone? im having this experiance now. ultrasound normal, urine clear, white blood cell clear. burning sensation worse in the evenings and never there in the mornings. urologist lost at what to do as he has said no infection is there. i am slowly losing it. any info please would be massivily appreciated.

Gents, i just got this new symptoms as well. but upon research, the use of indomethacin 50mg x 3 daily able to reduce the burning sensations.
i will go see doctor and try this medicine out.

anyone has issues with pregnancy or their (female) counterparts having symptoms after sex ?
